Ashwagandha Sleep Tonic

Not getting enough sleep? Cannot relax before bed and thoughts just keep racing? Not sleeping deeply and waking up even more tired? Try our favorite sleep tonic!

Ingredients:
1/2 tea spoon of Organic Ashwagandha powder
1 glass of plant based milk
2 table spoons of any nuts (we prefer almonds as it contain tryptophan that helps us sleep better)
1/2 tea spoon of maple syrup or honey or 1 Medjool date
1 pinch of cinnamon powder
1 pinch of sea or Himalayan salt
1 drop of vanilla extract
a few edible flowers for decoration :)

Instruction: mix up all the ingredients in the blender, then heat it up a bit, decorate and enjoy!
