Vegan Gummy Bears With Superfoods

Good old gummy bears go vegan and get filled with delicious superfoods now! This is a super fun way to enjoy the superplants  smiley

Here are the best combinations according to our experience:

Maca/Pineapple juice

Acai /  Coconut milk or Berry juice

Camu Camu / Orange juice

Matcha / Coconut milk

Ashwagandha / Coconut milk or almond milk

 

Easy-peasy instructions:

Use a gummy bear mold. Heat up 1 cup of liquid (from the combinations above) and 1 tbsp powdered agar agar with 4 tbsp sweetener (or to taste) in a saucepan on the stove top. Bring to boil. Let cool and add the superfood powder (from the combinations above). It is important to let the solution cool slightly as high heat may weaken the potency. However, do not let it cool completely as it will start to gel. Fill the molds with the liquid quickly and refrigerate. You can keep them in the fridge up to a week.
