Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup cashews (or other nuts)
1 cup pitted medjool dates
1 table spoon coconut oil
1 table spoon Organic Rice protein powder
1 table spoon of Organic Hemp protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
Shredded coconut chips (as much as required)
Instructions:
Put all of the ingredients in a food processor (nuts first) and blend until you get a smooth mixture. Roll into little or big balls over the shredded coconut chips and store in the fridge.
