You can make it even more nutritious by adding chlorella powder. Check out the recipe:
Ingredients:
4 ripe avocados
1 large tomato, diced
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 of lime, juice it
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1-2 tsp Spirulina
1/2 tea spoon salt
1/2 tea spoon black pepper
Instruction: mash avocados with a fork and mix all the ingredients. Serve with bread or tortilla chips
