Raspberry-Peanut Butter Overnight Oats With Maca

Ingredients (1 large or 2 snack sized): 15 g Chia seeds

60 g Oats

20 g Agavé syrup

2 tsp. Organic Maca powder

2 Tbsp. Peanut butter

1 tsp. Vanilla essence

250 ml Plant based milk

150 g Plant based yogurt

250 g Raspberries (frozen or fresh)

Instructions :

1. Add all of the ingredients - except the raspberries - into a large bowl or jar. Stir to together

until well combined.

2. Allow to sit in the fridge overnight - or at least 2 hours- until thickened.

3. Right before you eat it, add the raspberries into a sauce pan and cook over medium heat for

8-10 minutes. The berries will break dow. You can heat the raspberries in the microwave as

well.

4. Take the jar out of the fridge and give it a stir. If too thick, stir in a bit more almond milk.

5. Pour the hot raspberry sauce to the bottom of a clean jar. Layer peanut butter and the oatmeal

on top of the raspberry sauce. Top the jar with fresh raspberries and peanuts. Enjoy immediately!
