Matcha Fudge

Ingredients:

(6 big or 12 small):

1 tsp. Organic Matcha powder 

100 g Cashew butter

100 g Oats

60 g Agavé syrup

2-3 Tbsp. Water (optional)

Instructions:

1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until completely combined, then add the

water (if needed) little by little, until it formed a dough.

2. Put it in the freezer for 15-30 minutes, then slice into 6-12 equal pieces with a warm knife.

3. Let them sit in the fridge for at least an hour to firm up.

4. The leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 4-5 days, or in the freezer for 1-2 months.
