Most of the time all we need is....LOVE and a SMOOTHIE! :) This spirulina wonder will blow your mind and fill your body with power, we promise :)

It is so nutritious that can easily replace a traditional meal. Great as a post-workout fuel.

Ingredients:
1 table spoon of Nutriqa Organic Spirulina powder
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1 banana
Pinch of sea or Himalayan salt
1 table spoon of any chopped nuts
1 table spoon of oats

Mix it in a blender, decorate with coconut chips and chia seeds.
