Ingredients (for 6 bars):
90 g Organic Hemp Protein Powder
60 g Agavé syrup
60 g Peanut butter
1/2-1 dl water
50 g Dark Chocolate
10 g Peanuts (cut into small pieces)
10 g Hemp Seeds
30g Dark chocolate (melted)
Method:
1. Blend all ingredients except for peanuts, hemp seeds and dark chocolate in the food processor. Blend until completely combined, then add the water little by little, until it formed a dough.
2. Add the chocolate chips, peanuts and hemp seeds and mix in with your hands. 3. Press mixture firmly and evenly into lined a 30cm x 15 cm pan.
4. Put it in the freezer for 15-30 minutes, then slice into 6 equal pieces with a warm knife. 5. Melt chocolate chips in a bowl.
6. Dip the bottom of the bars into the chocolate and spread the rest of the chocolate into the top of the bars.
7. Top with hemp seeds if you want.
