Cherry-chia Chocolate pudding

 

Ingredients:

Cherry layer

200 g of frozen cherries

10 g of chia seeds

10 g erythritol (or more to taste)

100 ml of plant based milk

1 teaspoon Organic Beetroot powder

 

Chocolate layer

1 ripe avocado

50 ml of coconut yogurt

15 g Organic Cacao powder

100 ml of plant based milk

25 g powdered erythritol (or more to taste)

 

White Layer and Topping

2 tbsp of coconut yogurt

2 tsp Organic Hemp seeds

 

     Instructions:

 

1. Put the ingredients of the cherry layer in a pan and cook over low heat and allow to cool.

 

2. The ingredients in the chocolate layer are placed in a strong blender and mixed into a silky pudding cream. If necessary, you can even add yogurt or plant based milk to make it easier to blend.

 

3. Stack the cherry “jam” in the bottom of the glasses, then put a few tablespoons of coconut yogurt on it and sprinkle hemp seeds on it.

 

4. You can pour the avocado chocolate cream over it.

 

5. Then put a few more tablespoons of coconut yogurt on top and sprinkle with hemp seed
