Making beetroot cream soup is simple: all you have to do is put the cleaned ingredients in the pot, steam and then blend until smooth. As an option - for decoration - you can use chopped light-colored vegetables.
Ingredients:
500 g carrot (preferably organic)
1 slice of ginger (1 cm)
3 table spoons of Organic Beetroot powder
2 garlic cloves
1 table spoon olive oil
300 ml water
salt (according to your taste)
