Matcha pesto is a great way to fill your pasta dish with antioxidants and make the meal so pretty!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1/2 onion chopped
3/4 cup roasted pine nuts
1/2 cup basil leaves
1/2 parsley leaves
30g parmesan or vegan cheese
2 tea spoons Organic Matcha powder
salt and pepper per taste
150 g pasta per person
Instructions: mix all ingredients together in the food processor, heat it up a bit and use with ready pasta.
